Christina received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Worcester State University. She has a background in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) working for several years as a lead therapist for children on the autism spectrum. As an SLPA with Speech and Language Specialties for the past ten years, Christina has worked with preschool, elementary, middle and high school children ranging from moderate to severe disabilities. She has developed and provided therapy social language groups for children with social cognitive deficits. She utilizes the effective teachings of Michelle Garcia Winner’s Social Thinking® philosophy with children and their families. Christina is excited to be part of this new and growing field. She has focused most of her career on social cognitive and self-regulation intervention. In her spare time, Christina enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and photography.
